The 4 young entrepreneurs who have been named as winners of £1000 in the June Shell LiveWIRE Grand Ideas Awards have been announced.

The winners were:

Charlotte Burke (Green Parties)

Green Parties is a children’s party business which aims to celebrate children's birthday parties in a tranquil woodland location with sustainably built wooden huts, totems and a compost loo. Green Parties offers activities that are in tune with celebrating seasonality with arts and crafts outdoors, imaginative outdoor play, face painting with wildlife themes, and party bags including seeds and other things.  There is the option of catering, providing children with organic ingredients to create their own pizza in a wood-fired clay oven.

Dana Elemara (Arganic)

Arganic is the exclusive UK distributor of one of the main producers of organic argan oil in Morocco. Argan oil is one of the rarest and healthiest oils in the world coming from the argan tree that grows only in Morocco. This ancient and unique tree is UNESCO protected and the oil is often referred to as ‘liquid gold’ for its multiple beneficial properties.

Toasted argan oil has a rich, nutty taste and is used in salads, cooked vegetables and can be used in deserts too. It's a really fun ingredient for gourmet chefs to experiment with. Felix Mitchell (Instant Impact Interns)

Instant Impact unites the UK’s very best students and graduates with fast growing small and medium sized companies. The business advertises throughout the year using their extensive networks at Oxford, Cambridge, and other top UK universities. This saves their clients' time by screening every CV and interviewing every applicant before recommending them to fill vacancies.

Instant Impact Interns started by exclusively recruiting for internships, but have since expanded the service to include permanent roles as well. Many of the internships have been so successful that they have led to permanent employment.

Hayley Revell (Northern League Football Premiership Passion)

Northern League Football Premiership Passion promotes the stl Northern League, a semi-professional football league in the North East and Cumbria, through video footage on a dedicated website. The website films a selected match every weekend and a mid-week fixture; highlights are then uploaded on to the site. Full 90-minute games are then available to buy on DVD. www.northernleaguefootball.co.uk is the only dedicated website offering video footage of the league games, and allows players and football fans the chance to watch local, grassroots football.

Commiserations to Ibrahim Babiker (TeenTJ), Wesley Baichu (Gift App), Melissa Fu (Mei Mei's Streetcart), Lauren Hine (Momentous Me), Henry Morris (upReach) and David Saunders (Agile Therapy) who were shortlisted but did not win this time round.
