Enterprise City is aimed at Birmingham businesses which are at a critical stage in their growth and are seeking to increase their opportunities for success.

Offering up to £6,000 worth of FREE business support through funding from Birmingham City Council and the European Regional Development Fund, Enterprise City has already enabled over 150 businesses and entrepreneurs to benefit from tailored and expert one-to-one business coaching from top consulting firm Deloitte and the Academy for Chief Executives.

Specialist teams work hand-in-hand with businesses to launch high growth strategies, address key business issues and create a culture of supportive enterprise among Birmingham businesses.

What’s in it for you?

The Enterprise City High Growth Programme supports Birmingham businesses in achieving and exceeding their growth targets by:

• Coaching business leaders so they can develop a clear view of where their business can and should go and how to get there
• Working directly with entrepreneurs and/or management teams to develop their personal skills to help steer their business through to the next stage
• Providing a customised service to address distinct needs of individuals and businesses at their own stage of growth
• Providing access to learning and support from experienced peer groups who have gone through similar experiences themselves as managers and entrepreneurs

Overall, the programme aims to contribute to Birmingham’s drive in accelerating an entrepreneurial culture, as well as the development of the local economy, by supporting the growth of businesses.

Criteria for programme entrants:

Designed solely for businesses paying business rates to Birmingham City Council across all industries seeking to increase their potential for growth. The programme is FREE to all participants.
