This is also the place where you can view and vote for your favourite Grand Ideas Award elevator pitch videos each month to help someone win £1,000 for their business.

My Business Kit - users cannot access any of the content within this section without registration / logging in.

Awards - only members can apply for our monthly £1,000 and annual £10,000 award.

Awards - without registration you cannot apply for the Shell LiveWIRE awards.

Business Library - once logged in, members can bookmark their favourite pages for future quick access via their ‘My Business Kit’ page, rate content and leave comments on each page.

Business Library - all general content in this section is publicly available to read, even without registration / login.

However, visitors cannot access tools like the Financial Action Planner (FAP) or 'Unlock Your Potential' tools without registration / login.

Other perks to membership - previously, only existing users have been able to take part in our free book giveaways and Livechats with authors such as Modwenna Rees-Mogg and Alain de Botton.

Only existing members can be made ‘Member of the Month’ which is a useful way to raise their profile and market their business online.

Invitations to our regional networking events, workshops and focus groups are always targeted towards existing members.

Previously, some of our regular Discussion Forum and Social Network users, Grand Ideas Awards winners and finalists, and Members of the Month have appeared in local or national press, TV or radio after being referred to journalists by the Shell LiveWIRE team. This would not have happened if they were not registered members.

Other perks to membership - non-members cannot participate in the activities described to the left, apart from certain events which are sometimes open to non-members.
