Landlords upload information about their properties which generates adverts that automatically post to multiple sites (e.g. right-move, s1homes, and gumtree), saving time.

The platform stores and backs-up information (e.g. meter readings, security codes, insurance certificates, licenses, warranties and guaranties), meaning all documents can be accessed through any computer.
