Whilst studying Environment and Business at Leeds University, Liam Patterson encountered a range of ethical businesses that had fantastic and often ground-breaking products, but lacked the knowledge and business culture required to fully embrace the Internet as a sales platform.

EthicalCommunity.com provides such a platform. The site is focused around empowering small businesses and producers to not only list and sell their ethical products on our site, but also encourage regular users of the site to engage and interact with the people behind the products. This capitalises on the growing trend of consumers wanting to know the "who, how and why" behind the products they buy.
