Why New/Hoembased Businesses are Faild?

Starting a new business/venture is always a difficult task. Here are some of my observations why new/home-based businesses are failed.

1- Lack of experience/expertise
2- Don’t know how, when and from where to get assistance
3- Fear of taking risk
4- In-sufficient fund
5- Taking it easily
6- Low Motivation / Lack of discipline

These points are almost true for any one, including me.
