Business partner problems!!!

I have a business partner who i am 50/50 with in terms of finance only and not shares.

This business partner does not seem to be pulling their weight. They have gone on 2 holidays and seem to be procastinating alot.

I have spoken to them about it but i might have taken the wrong approach.

Also this partner is my closest friend.

Its come to a point where i am thinking of buying my business partner out and telling them i want to be on my own with this.

They have invested a bit of money but personal arguments seem to be affecting the business recently.

Please help
