Does anyone know a good law form that deals in start-up issues and dont charge mulitnational firm legal fees?

It depends on what sort of legal assistance you need. Your first stop should probably be Lawyers for Business where you can get half an hour free with a solicitor. Your local Business Link/Enterprise Agency can point you in the right direction.

You might want to check out www.briffa.com, although I (fortunately( haven't had the need for a law firm this one comes highly recommended in "new media" circles.
