starting my own buisness

Hi, im wanting to start up my own convience store, selling the day to day foods, also things like sweets, crisp, newspapers, magazines. Also i want to sell alcohol. I have a place in mind which is a great location.

I have contacted Small Buisness Gateway about funding.
Im just looking for some tips and advise on starting my own buisness and running it successfully. If you have any good links that may help.
