Its no use us just swapping links with you....our sites have to be related to yours for any benefit to be made....If you merely place many links on a page, google will see the page as a link farm, and probably block your site, and penilize everyone elses....

you need to approace relevant sites for it to work advantageously for you.

Try www.webmasterworld.com forums they have a good discussion on link building and anything to do with SEO if thats any help

Best way from defo what I have read is to get relevant links like RSS said. The above php script will help you to find high PR sites from keywords relevant to your business or any website you type in.
