Superb Website Hosting Provider Required For High Demand Site

I need a superb hosting provider that can cope with a high demand website, especially around Christmas time!!!

This is what I'm looking for:

.co.uk AND .com domain name
Linux OR Windows server
PHP4 OR ASP 3.0 or higher
MySQL OR SQL Server 7 / 2000 (remote access not important)
100MB of space or more
HTTPS server availability
FTP access / Control Panel
POP3 email accounts

If you could let me know on the prices, features for a business account then that would be great as I am looking to 'setup shop' ASAP. Reliability is of the utmost importance!!!

For a detagged domain name, you may need to contact Nominet and obtain some information from them.

I will be doing business with your company as I find the price and the features to be extremely reasonable.

I just have a few questions before purchasing:

How much do you charge for .co.uk and .com domain names?

Although it states on your website "free .co.uk domain name" is that for the first 2 years? or will that be included in the hosting price every 2 years?

Do you offer Direct Debit payment plans? if not, what payment plans do you offer?

Will you be offering SQL Server 7 / 2000 database solutions in the future?

Will I be able to use an HTTPS server once the web domain has been setup? Will I have to pay extra for HTTPS space?

Although I do expect a server crash from time to time which isn't too much of a problem, what guarantee could you give a business on server uptime?

I expect traders / collectors to use the site from all over the UK,
Could you guarantee that your servers could cope with a potential high demand website as I will be offering an auction section (similar to e-bay).

Hello Electron. Regarding your questions:

1.How much do you charge for .co.uk and .com domain names?

With every account, we include a free .co.uk. If you wanted to register additional domain names (.com) then we would recommend using someone like 123 Reg.

2.Although it states on your website "free .co.uk domain name" is that for the first 2 years? or will that be included in the hosting price every 2 years?

The free domain name would be registered for 2 years upon sign up. Once the 2 year period is up, you would then need to renew this yourself. (Approx £6.00 per every 2 years)

3.Do you offer Direct Debit payment plans? if not, what payment plans do you offer?

We do not have a direct debit method of payment. However, you can purchase our account(s) by credit cards, debit cards and by cheque. All credit/ debit cards are paid securely via Worldpay.

4.Will you be offering SQL Server 7 / 2000 database solutions in the future?

MsSQL/ 2000 is a Windows application and as we are running Linux, these databases will not be offered. However, we can offer Mysql databases.

5.Will I be able to use an HTTPS server once the web domain has been setup? Will I have to pay extra for HTTPS space?

There are no extra charges for using our Shared SSL space. What we would do is set you up some SSL space for you to FTP your files onto it.

6.Although I do expect a server crash from time to time which isn't too much of a problem, what guarantee could you give a business on server uptime?

We have a 99.5% uptime guarantee. If in the unlikely event that this does not happen, we will offer you extra hosting (time, webspace/ bandwidth) in the way of compensation.

A site/ company like Ebay will have run there own servers to accomadate there site(s). However, we can cope with high demand sites. If your site does become as popular as EBAY, we would also recommend you obtain your own servers if/ when you need to. In the mean time, our shared hosting plans will suit your sites needs.

8. What is the maximum bandwidth you have at your disposal?......How much will you charge for extra bandwidth if needed?
