Changing Share Capital

Hello there,

I registered a Limited Company last year using an online tool, providing me with forms to fill in etc. for a small fee.

I did not realise at the time, but the default share capital of the company was 10,000,000 GBP @ £1 each, and was registered as this amount. This seems quite rediculous, and I am wondering which form I need to get this changed to something more sensible.

I also welcome advise on a sensible share capital for a startup company such as this (other than the two directors, there are no other shareholders at the moment).

Thanks very much in advance,

Adam M

Ok, business link saved me - Form 122.

Would still like to know what a good share capital is for a startup company though.
