Setting up a new Magazine

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of setting up a magazine. I’ve got the layout, contents etc. but was after information on obtaining a publishing licence and any legal requirements that should be considering before printing and distributing the Magazine. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
