Attached is the link to the TFL website where you can make a 'consultation' about the proposed extension of the Congestion Charge : there are separate consultation questionnaires available online to fill out for both businesses and individuals.

Consultation on the scheme runs from 9th May to 15th July 2005.

Despite there having been a huge amount of criticism and dissenting voices,as ever it's a moot point as to what impact this will have ...but it's worth a shot.
