Company Name Help

Hi guys,

I plan to set up a new business in 5 months and had originally planned on calling the company "Perfectly Planned". Whilst doing the market research, I discovered a company in the next county, in the same business, called "Perfect Planning".

I know the names aren't the same, but do you think I could end up with a problem later on if the other company found out? Could they have a problem with it?

They are not currently a LTD co and I plan to be.

If they are in the same business then I would avoid using a similar name for all the reasons listed in the other post.

At the end of the day what you do and how well you do it counts for a lot more thangetting your first choice of name.

Damn.. my plan b was "Just Leave It To Me" but I don't love it and I have to love it in order to get the marketing right.
