Hi Jonathan
Have you tried viewing your site at 1024x768 resolution? (FireFox 1.0) I've attached a screenshot for you to see. But thats what I see, and maybe plenty of others. I can't make out the navigation links. And it looks very bad on a design company. On the hosting price plan pages, the paypal buttons don't align correctly. And whats PRICE (£/mo? You have the space to say £4.99 per month so make it easy on your visitors. Company Forums, these are a 50/50, should you add them or not! I believe until you have a customer base to make use of it try keep your support and pre-sales questions by email and phone. If I'm looking for Hosting, find your site and a forum, decide to check it out and find 10 posts made, that hardly looks good. If appears to me your trying to be a one-stop-shop, design and hosting. While they compliment each other the market is fierce. Can you really show off your creative flare while keeping it in-line for hosting? The title says Devon Hosting.. MAKE a huge splash about it on the front page! ... All the best Martin |
