What happens to your business when credit card fraud?

Hi folks,

I was just wondering, what happens if someone has fraudulently purchased some items of high value from your business with a stolen/lost card. Do you have to refund the credit card company and lose your good(s) sold? Thanks and cheers!

Not sure, but I think the credit card company does a chargeback on your account the recover the money. However, I am not positive if you get anything.
