Can anyone help? I've been asked to provide a solution by the boss.

We have a fairly large team these days and our old informal meetings over a cup of tea in the corner of the office are no longer adequate. We need to get away from the phones and clients for up to an hour at a time into the boardroom, twice a week.

We want everyone in the company to attend the meeting, from office junior through to directors. So we can't leave anyone at reception.

During that time we do not want clients to go to answerphone. So we need someone to take calls for short periods each week.

Perhaps an hour on a Monday and an hour on a Friday for instance.

Ideally we would like to set our switchboard to divert all calls to a virtual pa somewhere.

As we will only be using them for a couple of hours a day we want to pay on a per hour basis. Probably 8 - 10 hours per month.

We also need them to have capability to answer up to 2 callers at once, its rare we have more than 2 on the line at once, the third caller we can send to voicemail.

Any suggestions?
Anyone have a similar setup?

If you want them to be able to answer 2 calls at once, they'd have to have 2 BT lines coming in. Most people wont have this unless they're a company.
