Do any of you practice some form of outsourcing for your software development needs? Are you a non-software business or do software businesses here do it too?

Are u using services within the UK or abroad. And if abroad which
countries, and how effective and sucessful has it been?

Hi,

For my 9-5 job we outsource our software needs to a programmer who has made our order management system.

We are non-software & use a UK based company....and on the whole, although pricey, the software is excellent.....bar bugs on new releases/update which we test anyway.
