My own email address which is usually secure against spam has been hit three times today. The first time in a year and all viruses. One even claimed to come from symantec!

Ive been getting about 10 of these a day a long with the e-mail about the Nigerian president or something and the $100 million dollars that they want to transfer to my bank account. Although I dont have a virus ive also been getting a large number of e-mails returned to me because they have a virus, they look like they have been sent from my e-mail address to people I dont even know, any ideas why?

Hats off to Starsky.

Not even 5 whole minutes had past and of the billions of web pages he pulls up the one we need.

You are the centre of all knowledge. Who needs Google when we have Starsky.

Keep up the good work.

Most if not all of the viruses I get sent end in .pif

It will be something like filename.recognisedextension.PIF

If they always come like that can everyone just not open files that have a double extension or a .pif ending?

Are the any legitimate .pif files being sent on email?
