Business to business is a transaction that occurs between two companies, as opposed to a transaction involving a consumer. The term may also describe a company that provides goods or services for another company.

For example when doing business on the internet, a company can place orders, receive invoices and make payments. Indeed most of the major players work this way. That’s why major supermarket chains are vigorously involved in B2B because without it they couldn’t function economically.

Moreover, renowned banks like HSBC, CITI Bank, online market places like craigslist, eBay, Trade Keys, Ali Baba and financial institutions are offering B2B services to their customer. For example bank allows their customers to present invoices to their customers make some adjustments, obtain approval and process to settle it online. It reduces the cost and able to concentrate on other business core issues.

What do you think is thread about, Am I asking a question? I am telling how B2B sites work and could be beneficial.
