Please review my site

I am 27 and have recently launched my new site aimed at young women. This site gives young women information as to where the high street fashion sales are both online and instore. The site also includes a fashion blog and a 'top of the sales pops' page.
I have only started putting content on this week through affiliate program information.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback and area's which could be improved.

If you like it tell your buddies about it.

Hi Emma.

Good idea!

This is my tip.
When I go to that website, I don't know what you want me to do.

I was expecting something in the line of:
"sign up to our newsletter"
"like our Facebook page"
"read our blog with the latest offers"

Hi Dan,

Thanks for having a look. I know what you mean about not knowing what to do so I have changed the titles and descriptions a bit. What I would ideally like is for girls to use it daily to find out where they should go shopping.
I have also requested people to like the facebook page.

Let me know what you think!

Hi Emma,

I am with Dan on that one.

From a web designers perspective I have these comments (this is pretty much just the frontpage):

YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW!! See this - info you must display on a website
Wrapping menus is a no no. (get it all on one line)
No META description (that's bad)
I think your key words/phrases are likely to need work
Your on page heading need work (H1's missing)
No XML sitemap?
Your page speed grades are bad (your page is not actually slow, but could be much faster, might cost you with search engines)
You have code errors (should be easy to fix)
Your logo on the right doesn't display correctly
Your Google advertising isn;t displaying anything

Your tweets look like the need work, not enough info
You could fit more into the facebook stuff too.

When you have more stores, your list will become very long very quickly.

Things to consider:
No obvious way for shops with sales to contact you (this should be more than a general contact form)
Are you going to offer localised searches/lists
Is there a mailing list for updates?
How are you going to make money?? Are you getting affiliate links earning you money??

I hope this is of help.

Good luck in your business
