In need of business advice

Hi Everyone - I'm new to Shell Livewire - not to sure how it works.
I am very keen to start up my own business however would really love to sit down with a business advisor to go through a few things. Does anyone know of anyone or any organisation that could help.
I'm based in Islington, aged 21.
