Hello everyone, I'm letting anyone in Edinburgh (or who will be in Edinburgh on the 29th Nov) know about iVenture Tuesday. You'll get the chance to meet one of Britain's most successful entrepreneurs, Sir Tom Farmer, and I've just booked my ticket so you'll get the chance to meet me and my brother Jamie, two of Britain's up and comers! :-)

Tickets are free, if you live in or near Edinburgh the Edinburgh University Informatics Department, the Entrepreneur club and business school should be your first port of call if you are interested in business and meeting new people. The wealth of disparate talents is inspirational.

iVenture Tuesday

The iVenture Tuesday Speaker Series features a new programme of talks given by prominent members of the business community. The programme seeks to inspire and motivate those who wish to develop their careers in different directions or have entrepreneurial ambitions.

In addition, attendees will benefit from the opportunity to develop communication skills, personal and business connections through the practical networking sessions after the lecture.The format for these events will consist of a talk by the guest speaker for approximately one hour, followed by a further hour of networking with members of the entrepreneurial community and business professionals.

Sir Tom Farmer really is worth going to see if you get the chance, he was our keynote speaker last year at Shell LiveWIRE LIVE! and he really lit up the room, very impressive and really nice man to boot.
