Anyone got a website which they no longer want ?

Requirements:

1. Must be in Google
2. The higher the PR the better
3. Can be on any subject (but must not have excessive profanity on site)
4. Need to be able to see stats to make a decision
5. You must include the domain name(s)
6. Doesn't need to make money (I would prefer that it doesn't make money)
7. Must take little to no work to run

In effect I am after "informational" sites on any subject.

Budget is fairly open-ended for the right site. Please email me your site details (to begin with I'll need the URL and the price you want) and we can start talking!

I can't do (well) graphics, but programming is my thing.
