Ground Floor Ventures has organised its first event in Worthing (West Sussex) at the beautiful restaurant, FOOD, on 7th February 2011. Ground Floor Ventures is an investment and business opportunity event which brings together entrepreneurs looking for funding with investors looking to invest.

The evening will be attended by the local press, radio and the whole event will be filmed. We are also providing a buffet, live jazz music and other entertainment.

It's a great opportunity to get investment as well as exposure and awareness for your business. Similar to "Dragons' Den" you will be required to give a short pitch and take questions before investors are free to walk around and talk to you on your table and ask further questions.

If your idea is 'investable' and you allow for seed investment (£1000+ minimum investments) then you are eligible. We do not charge entrepreneurs a fee to attend. However we do charge a small deposit which you get back as you walk in through the door. This ensures our highly sought-after spots are not wasted.
