Interpreters And Transaltors

HI.

I have this idea of working from home, basically my bussiness idea is that i am going to set up a interpreting agency which will provide interpreters to immigration, courts, police stations, social services. i am going to start of with three foreign languages which is urdu, punjabi, hindi. i wanted some advice on how to do this? if it is a good idea? it will be a bit like recruitment agency i will have to build my data base of interpreters.
