Can anyone please suggest a book keeper in the Edinburgh area to assist in forming and admin for a limited company (consulting biz)?

A "book-keeper" would not be the best choice for forming a company or taking care of "admin", a book-keeper is a basic office function of keeping financial records, where an administrator has a different function depending on the size of the business.

I think you need to be thinking along the lines of an Office Manager, someone who has a variety of skills, including book-keeping and admin.
