Although it is good to see that you are taking the time to research your market first, I would have liked to have known a bit more background to the product before completing the survey. For example, it is difficult to say whether I would consider buying your product when the survey tells you little, if anything, about the product. Therefore, it may be worth adding a short paragraph about your product at the start of the survey.

hi iv just took your survey and i have a pet buti agree with the guy above you dont tell us much about it...if you let uss know what it is then i can maybe give you my honest opinion if i would buy it for my dog
