Custom design bed company enquiry

Hello

I'm a designer who specialises in cartoons, my brother is a printer and sign maker and my father is a builder and between us we can make really good custom beds for children. Any shape, any design, they really do look fanatastic and we would like to sell them on eBay (frames only) but when selling beds do they have to have any safety certificates first or other similar regulations?
