Recession Tips
The friendly courier company I use has just gone under (there were no warning signs) and I'm aware of many other businesses who have talked about a slow down in sales.
Does anyone on here know of any decent websites who give good tips about surviving through a recession? What to do about staff, overheads, when suppliers you reply on go under etc... I think it would be useful for a lot of people. |

My top 3 tips are:
1. Get paid 2. Get paid 3. Get paid When people are going bust, this is the one thing that can drag down a healthy business. Also ensure you are not over reliant on any one contract/supplier/customer as if they go down you will be going with them. This is of course 'normal' advice but it becomes more painful when things are tight. Regards,
