Registering your company.

I am now starting the process of registering my company. I am only 16 so you'll have to bear with me if osme of my questions are a bit stupid. There are certain forms you need to fill to register your company (10, 12, memorandum of association and articles association). Is there any way of getting the last two for free because i am a bit younger? Is there any like student discount or anything?

Why are you forming a limited company?

If you are only 16 I would be surprised if you need one.

As a rule of thumb unless you are making about £30k per year you should stick as a sole trader.
