Outlook/ hosting question

My old hosting package was with fasthosts, I'm in the process of transfering my domain.

With the fasthost package it offered a free Outlook exchange box, along with a copy of microsoft outlook which runs from my computer.

When I log on it gives me this info:

I am connecting to:

I know when I set up up, fasthosts gave me a file to download to outlook to make it work

Since I started the domain transfer, my email seems to have stopped, any email I try to send to my emails bounces.

If I try to send it, I get the following message- not sure what this means? This applies to all of my email.

Yet I am able to email OUT to other email addy's.

Are you moving your domain or your hosting? or both?

If both, you need to make sure the new hosting has that e-mail address setup and the domain name has the correct DNS settings for your new hosting so that everything can be matched up

It sounds to me like you're not authenticating when sending mail.

You need to ensure that you have selected the option to authenticate with the outgoing mail server using the same user name and password as the incoming.
