Website Designer Needed - Wordpress

Morning All,

I'm looking for a website development for a new project I'm working on. I would normally do this myself but I'm a little short on time and could do with getting it up and running ASAP.

Spec:

- Wordpress site built on a custom theme or modification of a readily available theme.
- Magazine site style layout with positions for advertising.
- Fresh clean colourway.
- Full Wordpress SEO intergration
- NO DESIGN WORK. I'm just looking for code development I'll be supplying all the graphics for the site.
- The site also needs to have no "design by...." label at the bottom.
