OT: PHPList Help

Does anyone here have knowledge of PHPList?

I'm blogged down in getting the user subscribe function up and running, and I'm at the point now where I might just kill something if I can't figure the problem.

I've tried their online Wiki plus te Forum (which is frankly c**p!) with no results.

Anyone?

Whats the precise problem you are having or error? I've not used but we might be able to get to the bottom of the issue...

The problem is that when you click the confirmation link (http://www.studioeightysix.co.uk/php...sts/?p=confirm) a "Not Found" message is displayed.

However the Subscribe and Unsubscribe pages work fine. Which means people can sign up, but they can't confirm their email address.

Think you might know the problem?

OK this isn't a daft question but that path does actually exist on the server right?

OT: is this one of the sites that we host?

The path should exist and it should be different fro every email that goes out, becuases it s unique link for that person to click.

OK well a 404 should only happen if the server cannot find the file or process the request.

The fact that the other functions are working indicates a problem with the script itself so I personally would get in touch with the scrip creators for advice.

I'm in the middle of re-installing the script and defaulting everything to make sure I haven't changed anything by accident.
