Whats the best way to get an article Dugg on Digg?

I've read a few different posts on Shell warning against using Digg in favour for other methods, but I'm basically looking to give it ago in terms of promoting a small story.

Any ideas?

Submit it. If it's Digg-worthy, it'll make the front page. If it isn't, it won't.

Diggs at PR 0 at the moment.

Not that it changes the traffic your going to get if you go popular.
