Hi there i need a web designer for a new site i am building i them to start ASAP for me and also not to pricy but iam still looking around for a decent price which is good this a alist of the things which i need to be done:
front-end systems
member register
manage member's prifile
upload vidoes
latest news
mail list
member can view other member's profile, and send email
to them.

back-end systems(only for the owner of the site)
manage member account
manage the videos
manage the news section

I would be able to help with the design side of things but because I specialise in static HTML sites I would not be able to provide the bespoke programming and development required for this kind of site.
