does anyone know of a good, free mailing list solution that I can easily implement into my site so that I can send regular newsletters out?

I have an opt in list of quite a few email addresses but I don't have a decent mailing list solution and newsletter facility as there in excel.

Constant Contact for me to, although the servers currently powered by a hamster, It took me forever yesturday to get one e-mail uploaded, its not normally that bad though.

ye i currently use constantcontact, dont actually pay for it at min as im not using any of the service apart from the collection of the emails.

Got about 1000 subscribers now and really should start paying so i can send a few newsletters out

I'll have a look at all of the site's you've mentioned....I've also been looking at PHPList which seems pretty good....

php list seems very complex to embed into sites...or maybe its just me.

Other than that it is rather good.
