Sense Creative Reseller Packages! Feedback?

Morning All!

I'm after peoples feedback on the Sense Creative reseller packages?

Does anyone resell for Sense?
- Whats your thoughts on the system?
- Print quality?
- Customer service towards you as a reseller?
- How do they compare to other reseller packages?

Does anyone get there printing from Sense or from a Sense Reseller?
- What do you think of the print quality?
- What do you think of the customer service?
- Thoughts in general?

All feedback greatly greatly appreciated.

I actually resell Online Print & Design print personally, this was just due to the fact a year or so ago, had a bit of a falling out with Sense due to them failing on a print order for one of my clients, im not sure what they are like now though?

I am currently waiting to get some samples as I'm thinking of joining up with them.

I presume there are loads of other companies offering a similar service. I've worked with companies for many years who use print presses that send out packages with white labels. I'd be interested to see what feedback other people have or information on other similar schemes.

We also resell with Online Print & Design and I have to say the service is excellent. I would highly reccommend having a chat with Stu also!

I've signed up as a Sense Reseller a fortnight ago. Very impressed with the technical support and the basic system. It is quite straight forward to edit the site templates etc...

Sense are closed until the end of the month so I can't promote my site until then or give any more detailed feedback at this stage but I have high hopes!

I found their quality excellent but their response times very slow - if at all sometimes. This was the one thing that killed the deal for me so I dropped them. Slow/no response times are inexcusable.

My clients were climbing the walls and I can't allow that.

They are closed for 2 weeks (opening again on 29th August I think). Not sure of the reason but they have some great offers only available while they are closed (which will be processed when they re-open) which is not a bad compensation.
