Voucher printed with wrong details......
The voucher is offering a free item for anyone bringing it in.
The date on the voucher should have been just for one month but has been printed as 12 months. Does it have to be honoured? If it does not, it would be useful to be able to direct anyone that asks to where the rules are displayed. Have looked at the local TS website but can`t find anything in the FAQ`s hat fits. Thanks in advance. |

I would say it comes under the 'invitation to treat' laws i.e. they don't have to honour it.

Most vouchers will have a disclaimer "Offer may change prior to notice" well, most do...

From past experience, (not in a good way) Unless you clearly state on the voucher that terms and conditions apply, (and allow people easy access to those terms and conditions) you have to honour them.
Furthermore, If you dont, it may look like you have tried to deceive potential customers, and this could be bad for a companies reputation, so they would probably honour them anyway. Regards Stuart
