No you are mistaken - earlier someone suggested that it was possible I could have entered the wrong password and frozen the account myself. I was just saying that I know this wasn't the case - there was definately someone else in my account, I wasn't disputing that it was probably my shortcomings and not paypal. I should have had a stronger password.

Think of a name (wife, girlfriend, partner)
Think of their age
Think of their favourite colour

Now make a sentence, doesn't have to be grammatically correct, and substitute some of the letters with numbers so...

mywife1s47andl1kesblue

which translates to my wife is 47 and likes blue

Obviously my wife isn't 47 and hates blue but that's beside the point You have a pretty strong password...
