I liked the film, but didn't agree with the 'message'.

Rather than agreeing with the film maker that her boyfriend was justified in his whinining I actually thought he was being an unsupportive ass.

He was being selfish in my mind by not accepting the fact that her new career might take up a lot of her time during one measely year of their relationship, and yet would open a lot of doors for her - as it did.

With an usupportive partner like that, you'll never get anywhere.

I know nothing about Prada as a label.
