contract cleaning

Hi everyone!!

im new to this and was wondering if anybody else has had any expeirience in starting contract cleaning companies and could help me out with a few things.

firstly if anybody could tell me where i can get some info on employing staff (the legal stuff)?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
