Looks like a jigsaw puzzle, I hate it... too in your face. I spent the first 10 seconds trying to figure out what the hell it was. and to think £400k of tax payers money was spent on it. I wouldn't expect else from this Labour government

fantastic. just getting a logo gains more bad publicity and ill will. All publicity is not good publicity if every person in the uk already knows about the event.

A big competition with a 10k prize and a text vote would have generated income and good will. muppets.

WOW! I have to say, that is one of the worse logos I've ever seen in my life!!!

It looks like some primary school project, where some 10 year olds have been quickly shown how to use paint, and then told to design a logo.

IMO It's an embarrassment to the games and to the designer.

ps. are you sure if was public money that paid for it, and not private??

Im shocked at how amateur it looks! And to waste that much money is crazy. They should have used the money to pay for something like the new olympic facilities or equipment they will need, and paid one of you guys to design it for a few hundred quid!
