Office - next step?

Hi people

I have been running my business successfully from home for the last year or so, but due changes in my personal circumstances (new baby!), this is becoming increasingly difficult.

I run a number of ventures and feel it would be beneficial to take the next step but don't have any idea of the cost involved in running an office? How much rent can i expect for a small one room office? I have noticed a local office starting at £35 per week going up to £50 then £150 per week.
What other costs are involved?

My eagerness is largely bore out of one of my ventures requiring an increasingly professional approach.

Any advice would be much appreciated - it really is a big move for us!

Really depends on what's included in the rent and what's not...
