Should i do discount.

Ive been thinking of giving people a discount but im not sure if it a good idea or not. one thing i thought of was if i was to give people free artwork and printing plates with there first order then when they need there bags again all they have to do is pick up the phone and order instead of having to sort artwork and plates.

Is this a good idea or not.

Rather than discount, why not offer even better value? Value is what drives people these days.

That sounds better, go with that or something similar.

Dont offer a discount to get business rather use it as a tool to aid referals from customers or to encourage customer retention etc...
