'Streamlining' Your Business
Morning All,
Hope you're all enjoying your weekend? I was just wondering if any of you have ever thought about how quickly thngs are turned around in your business, and if anyone had any particular methods of ensuring everything goes as quickly, and smoothly as possible? Cheers, Tyler

A smooth operation
I do have particular methods to ensure that things go smoothly and that my turnaround times are very fast compared to my competitors.
I was about to list them and then decided that would be utterly stupid of me, when this board is full of competitors...of course I like to help out with advice here, but I wouldn't want to divulge information to make other designers turn round their projects faster ![]() I think it's important for any business to find ways to improve turnaround times and in turn improve customer satisfaction. To be vague yet a tad helpful, this is usually achieved by having a 'process' and a defined 'turnaround time' for every single task you undertake for clients. Best Wishes Amanda |
