Newly formed LLP - any other obligations?
Hi
As well as being a 6th form student and having a paper round, I also co-run a computer support company in my spare time, which makes us about £2000 a year. What we've done so far: Registered as a LLP Registered as self-employed with the tax people and applied for a small earnings NI exemption form.. Is there anything we either need to do legally, or do voluntarily to benefit the company, that I haven't thought of? Thanks. |

even if it is not making much, i would recommend getting an accountant if possible, or speaking to someone who knows about accounting, just so you're clued up about everything you've got to do legally.

Hi Mike.
I'm hopefully, soon, going to be a similar situation as you. Was wondering if you could drop me an e-mail on:- anthony@facternet.co.uk as I have a question. Thanks. Anthony. |
