freelancer abroad?

There is a couple of people back in Poland who would help me create a content for my website, I would like to pay them for their work, but that would be just one off task. They are not selfemployed, just want to help in their spare time (freelance work?) What paper work is required in such case?

I don't think you need any paperwork, they however need to pay tax and whatever else is needed back in Poland.
