Non-Disclosure Agreement

Is there such a thing as a standard non-dislosure agreement and are they freely available on the web? or do i have to get a specific one drawn up by a lawyer type person?

Well no, not really, in the sense of something you can just download and sign and job done...

That's not to say Templates are not available, they're loads available to download but you really need to pay extra attention to the wording of any legal document. It needs to be water-tight and cover all the aspects you were expecting.

If you do a Google search for "NDA Template" I'm sure it will throw up something.

Remember it's a template and requires tailoring!
